Omar Mcdoom
OMAR MCDOOM IS A RESEARCH FELLOW AT THE BELFER CENTER AT HARVARD UNIVERSITY'S KENNEDY SCHOOL OF GOVERNMENT. His research agenda covers civil wars, genocides, and ethnic conflicts, especially in sub-Saharan Africa. His current research project looks at Rwanda's genocide and in particular the question of civilian participation in violence. He spent a year interviewing genocide perpetrators in Rwanda's prisons.

Hello Dennis,this is my first time learning about your program that you host such experts,thanks to Omar McDoom who sent me this link.I'am impressed the way he present the facts to the world,being with him as his interpreter while he carried out his research here in Rwanda i would emphasis that most of the prisoners we talked to put forward that it was authorities who ordered them to participate in the Genocide and the opportunity to get land as one of the reasons they took part in the Genocide just as he mentioned it in your program.I hope to listen again when you invite him.Moses in Kigali
