THOMAS MORGAN. Mr.Morgan founded Intercultural
Insights in 1994 to provide the highest quality
training and consulting to enhance intercultural
competencies - the ability to perform confidently
and
effectively overseas, or with foreign nationals in
the United States. In addition to providing
training
and consulting through his own company, Tom
regularly contracts with Berlitz Cultural
Consulting, IOR Global Services, Prudential
Relocation, Shepell-FGI and other intercultural
firms to conduct training for their clients. He
has
conducted relocation programs and business
briefings
for
Boeing, Cirque du Soleil, Chevron, Emerson,
Lockheed
Martin, Monsanto, Solutia, General Mills, General
Motors, Honeywell, Nestle Purina,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Principal Financial Group,
Proctor &
Gamble, Weyerhaeuser, Whirlpool, Wrigley and other
multinationals. Mr. Morgan has lived and worked in
India, Nepal, Turkey, Cyprus, the Philippines,
Norway, Nicaragua, England, France, Switzerland,
Spain, Germany and Italy.
In 2005 Tom founded
India
Intercultural Resources, which focuses on
India-related training.
